Please feel free to download our eating plan. We hope you will find it a useful tool to use alongside our detox and maintenance teas to maximise weightloss and aid the detoxification process.

We have lots of different food options within the eating plan so that you can customise the meals to suit your own taste. There is nothing worse than an eating plan that you do not enjoy because if you don’t like it, you won’t stick to it!

And remember to drink lots of water, exercise regularly (3-4 times per week ideally), and get plenty of quality rest. Will power is the major factor in any eating plan, it’s not about eating less, it’s about eating smart and being dedicated.
